  launched in 2017 as the world’s first national standard to prepare Singap
 ore’s bunkering industry to be ready for MARPOL Annex VI Global Sulphur li
 mit of 0.5% that has been introduced on 1 Jan 2020.\nTR 56 covers LNG deli
 very from LNG bunkering facilities to receiving ships through four modes o
 f transfer (truck-to-ship\, shore-to-ship\, ship-to-ship and cassette bunk
 ering). In this revision\, there is a greater focus on the truck-to-ship a
 nd ship-to-ship modes as they are expected to be the predominant transfer 
 modes in the next few years.  The local experience gained in truck-to-ship
  was used to update the TR\, new quantity and quality measurement methods 
 for ship-to-ship were included and simultaneous operations requirements we
