 reness on the Singapore-led work item on ISO/TR 20489 Sample preparation f
 or the characterization of metal and metal-oxide nano-objects in water sam
 ples which have been completed in Dec 2018. ISO TR 20489 is important in t
 he preparation steps required prior to analysis of water samples\, obtaine
 d before or after industry or laboratory processes. An overview of the ana
 lytical methods used after ISO TR 20489 are also provided. ISO TR 20489 wo
 uld be important with to the increasing use of nanotechnology applications
  in the industry.\n \nThis workshop will benefit industries involved in na
 notechnology applications\, private and government laboratories\, water an
 d water technology industries\, research institutes\, IHLs\, regulatory bo
