  a Singapore Standard that provides fire safety guidelines\, requirements 
 and design for building open process structures and facilities. This stand
 ard also provides guidance for open plant structure installation and is ap
 plicable to new project and modification to existing facilities.The key ar
 eas of the standard cover the layout and spacing\, drainage\, means of esc
 ape\, emergency response\, emergency isolation\, depressurisation and dein
