 GROUNDThe Productivity Council (PC)\, adopted the Activity Analysis (AA) m
 ethodology for site direct work measurement and productivity improvement f
 rom CII (Construction Industry Institute) based at the University of Texas
  at Austin during phase-1 (2015-2018). Though the methodology (AA) has bee
 n adopted by some of the companies in Singapore\, there are still gaps to 
 be filled in order to achieve successful adoption. Hence by considering al
 l the limitations\, the PC has restructured the AA training course into th
 ree levels for successful implementation of AA in Singapore sites and AA L
 evel-1 would be the first step towards achieving that goal.OBJECTIVES The 
 AA Level-1 training is to introduce and equip personnel of the PCM (Proces
 s Construction and Maintenance) industry with basic and theoretical knowle
 dge on AA and drive productivity improvement initiatives by conducting AA 
 in their respective organizations and projects. This interactive training 
 aimed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to un
 derstand the concept of AA and the preparations required to be undertaken
