 \n\nThe registration fee for the conference is USD 700 (exclude GST and ad
 min charge) per participant from APIC steering committee member countries 
 (India\, Singapore\, Malaysia\, Thailand\, Taiwan\, Korea\, Japan).\nThere
  will be an administration fee of USD 30 charged per participant. \nAn inv
 oice will be issued upon receiving the registration form. Please issue a l
 ocal USD cheque to made payable to: “Singapore Chemical Industry Council L
 imited” and mail it to our office at: SCIC Ltd (8 Jurong Town Hall Road \,
 #25-04 The JTC Summit Singapore 609434)\nThe registration will not be conf
 irmed if the completed registration form and payment of the registration f
 ee is not received by 05 March 2020.\n\n3. Conference Cancellation Policy
 \n\nRegistration of a substitute participant at the conference may be made
  in advance with no penalty.\nParticipants are to note that there will be 
 NO CANCELLATION upon successful registration.\n\n4. Hotel Reservation\n\nH
 otel room reservation is not taken as confirmed upon submission of the reg
 istration form to SCIC.\nThe hosting country will only provide SCIC with t
 he room allotment details in Mid March. Thereafter\, we would then be able
  to advise delegates on their room type requests based on our allotment\nI
 n a case\, if the delegate is not provided with the preferred room which w
 as requested earlier during registration due to limited rooms allocated to
  SCIC\, we will provide alternative options at the other hotel for conside
