  Sharing Session – “Standard Operating Procedures Framework”. A standard o
 perating procedure (SOP) is a set of step-by-step instructions compiled by
  an organisation to help workers carry out routine operations. SOP aims to
  achieve efficiency\, quality output and uniformity of performance\, while
  reducing miscommunication and failure to comply to industry regulations. 
 Hence\, a well-written SOP can be used to satisfy compliance requirements.
  SOPs are recommended for all procedures that pose a potential risk to the
  health and safety of personnel.In this Learning & Sharing Session\, parti
 cipants will have an understanding on how to formulate an effective SOP an
 d the sharing of case studies will provide participants with the awareness
  on the pitfalls of SOP. The consultative review will provide an opportuni
 ty for participants to bring along page(s) of SOP to review with the facil
