 icant portion of the greenhouse gases released into the atmosphere.\nThe c
 hemical industry constantly strives to achieve the target of net zero emis
 sion of greenhouse gases to play its part in easing the burden on the envi
 ronment. This strategically supports the chemical industry players’ sustai
 nability efforts and plans to address challenges and threats to their long
 -term competitiveness.\nObjective\nSCIC Conference 2022\, themed “Towards 
 Net Zero Emission”\, aims to provide an industry platform for members of t
 he chemical industry to be kept aware of the up-to-date developments on fe
 asible solutions\, the know-how knowledge in identifying solutions and hol
