The Asia Petrochemical Industry Conference (APIC) 2020 will be held in New Delhi, India in May and is organized by the Chemicals & Petrochemicals Manufacturers' Association (CPMA).

IMPORTANT – Administrative Details for Registration

1.Conference Registration (We accept Singapore participants)

• To register for APIC 2020, please complete the online registration form.
• In the registration form, please indicate your attendance for the marketing seminars (1^st day), farewell party and the type of committee meeting ( 2^nd day of the conference)
• Deadline for registration of APIC 2020: 03 March 2020.

2. Payment Details

• The registration fee for the conference is USD 700 (exclude GST and admin charge) per participant from APIC steering committee member countries (India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, Japan).
• There will be an administration fee of USD 30 charged per participant.
• An invoice will be issued upon receiving the registration form. Please issue a local USD cheque to made payable to: “Singapore Chemical Industry Council Limited” and mail it to our office at: SCIC Ltd (8 Jurong Town Hall Road ,#25-04 The JTC Summit Singapore 609434)
• The registration will not be confirmed if the completed registration form and payment of the registration fee is not received by 05 March 2020.

3. Conference Cancellation Policy

• Registration of a substitute participant at the conference may be made in advance with no penalty.
• Participants are to note that there will be NO CANCELLATION upon successful registration.

4. Hotel Reservation

• Hotel room reservation is not taken as confirmed upon submission of the registration form to SCIC.
• The hosting country will only provide SCIC with the room allotment details in Mid March. Thereafter, we would then be able to advise delegates on their room type requests based on our allotment
• In a case, if the delegate is not provided with the preferred room which was requested earlier during registration due to limited rooms allocated to SCIC, we will provide alternative options at the other hotel for consideration. All-Suite rooms are fully booked.
• Hotel Cancellation Policy- Cancellations made after 01 April 2020 would incur a penalty charge of the entire reservation duration
